Cash Flow Analysis

Cash Flow Analysis

Cash flow refers to the money that flows in and out of your business. What is your profit from your business?  After deducting your business expenses from overall revenue, how much do you have left?

Let us help you figure out where your money is going and how much cash you have available at a given moment. Cash flow is the lifeblood of every business. With Cash flow you need to have a happy medium, so that you can evaluate how to elevate your business. We begin by putting together a cash flow statement, that will allow you to track the amount of cash your business has coming in, and how much it has going out—or simply put, the amount of money you’ll have available—in a given period of time.

We do this to determine a company’s working capital—the amount of money available to run business operations and complete transactions, like the following:

  • Cash received from sales of goods or services
  • The purchase of inventory or supplies
  • Employees’ wages and cash bonuses
  • Payments to contractors
  • Utility bills, rent or lease payments.
  • Interest paid on loans and other long-term debt and interest received on loans.
  • Fines or cash settlements from lawsuits
